Russian Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cream cheese (room temperature)
1 pkg. large lemon jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
28 regular size marshmallows
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. nuts
1 small can Carnation evaporated milk
Preparation

On low heat, cook the first 4 ingredients until dissolved, stirring constantly. Cool, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Pour into an oblong baking dish.
Cool in the refrigerator until mixture congeals.
Serve by cutting into squares.
This congealed salad is so rich and yummy!
