Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, cooked and seasoned
    15 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 large onion, grated
    2 cans green chilies, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain; set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix cheese, soup, onion and green chilies.
    Stir in meat and mix well.
    Soften tortillas one at a time in hot oil.
    Put layer of meat in a large casserole dish; layer 3 or 4 tortillas, the another layer of meat and so on, ending with meat.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Just before removing from oven sprinkle with grated cheese and let melt.
    Makes 8 servings.
