Mushroom And Spinach Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach, shredded
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 T. nutmeg
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan; add spinach, sliced mushrooms, and nutmeg; salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Transfer the vegetables to a serving dish and drizzle sour cream over on top.
    Serve at once while still hot.
