Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

4 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. hot chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) sour cream (room temperature)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained
1 tsp. ground cumin
10 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In medium saucepan, cook and stir onion in margarine until tender.
Stir in flour, then chicken broth. Stir and cook until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat; add sour cream.
Set aside.
