Birds Nest Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Place rhubarb in pie plate.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Combine rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour over rhubarb.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Invert onto serving plate.
