Hungarian Potato Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour or more
    sour cream
Preparation
    Grate potatoes on grater using small holes on grater.
    Take off water, if any.
    Add egg, salt and milk and mix.
    Add flour, enough to hold batter together.
    Put enough oil in skillet so it covers potatoes partly.
    Use 2 tablespoons of batter (or more if you like them thicker).
    Fry slowly on one side until brown and turn over and brown other side.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Put salt on, if you like.
    Serve with sour cream on top.
