Crock Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 tsp. celery seed, chopped
about 5 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Pour tap water over first 5 ingredients to cover.
Add salt to taste, about 5 teaspoons.
Let set 2 hours.
