Sammy'S Favorite Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Chill milk until very cold.
Dissolve Jell-O in water and set aside.
Cream juice, 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add Jell-O mixture and cool.
Whip chilled milk until stiff.
Fold in cheese mixture.
Prepare crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and melted margarine, then pressing into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour filling into crust and chill.
