Bean Pot Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 sweet bell pepper
2 hot peppers, remove seed
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium bowl pinto beans, already coked or 2 large cans Luck's pinto beans
Preparation

Fry sausage until done and browned.
Remove from skillet. Break in small pieces in a bowl.
Combine sweet pepper, hot peppers and onions.
Place this in the skillet without draining sausage grease.
Fry until onion is clear.
Combine beans and sausage back in pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
