Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. cubed chicken
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. cold cooked rice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. frozen peas and carrots
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    dash of garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil on medium until hot.
    Add chicken and onion, stirring continuously until chicken is cooked (about 2 minutes).
    Add peas and carrots, rice and pepper.
    Stir until heated.
    Add garlic salt, soy sauce and egg, stirring quickly until egg is cooked.
