New England Clam Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shells, lightly pricked
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 (15 oz.) can Snow's condensed New England clam chowder
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 slices American cheese (4 in each pie)
Preparation
    Bake shell at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
