Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes cornmeal muffin mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
    cottage cheese
    1 c. frozen broccoli
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cottage cheese and frozen broccoli.
    Stir in dry cornmeal mix.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
