Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Mexicorn
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tater Tots
Preparation

Brown
the
ground beef and drain well.
Layer the beef in bottom of
casserole
dish.
Sprinkle the chopped onions on top of beef.
Drain the Mexicorn and vegetables, reserving the liquids. Layer the Mexicorn
on the top of the onions and the vegetables on top of
the Mexicorn.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the reserved liquids on
top
of the mixed vegetable layer.
Next, spread on the mushroom
soup.
Cover
the top of the casserole with the Tater Tots.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbling.
