Cinnamon Acorn Squash Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash, seeded and sliced in 1/2-inch rings
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place squash in an ungreased jelly roll pan.
    Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender and well browned.
    Serves 6 at 124 calories each serving.
