Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots
    2 large onions, diced
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook carrots until almost tender.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Layer carrots in a 2-quart, buttered casserole alternately with sliced Velveeta.
    Pour onions and margarine over carrots.
    Bake 30 minutes.
