Congealed German Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 large can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Mix jello with hot water and then cold water.
    Add drained sauerkraut and refrigerate.
    Serve on lettuce with mayo.
