Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust, 9 inch
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 c. whole strawberries, stems removed
    2 Tbsp. strawberry jelly, heated
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add eggs and mix until blended.
    Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
    Cool and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Spread sour cream over cheesecake.
    Top with strawberries, stem side down and drizzle with jelly.
    Makes 8 servings.
