Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. coarsely chopped, fresh cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Combine egg, orange peel, orange juice and salad oil.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir.
    Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan for 60 minutes.
    Wrap and store overnight.
