Potato Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions (optional)
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes; melt margarine into chicken soup and onions. Add 1/2 of the grated cheese.
    Stir potatoes into this mixture and put in large baking dish for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove cover and sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes longer.
    Combine corn flakes with a little butter and spread over top when done.
