graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. heavy or whipping cream
Preparation

Prepare graham cracker crust; set aside.
Beat cream cheese and cocoa in large mixer bowl until fluffy and well blended.
Gradually add confectioners sugar; blend well.
Stir in vanilla.
Whip the cream until stiff; fold into cheese mixture.
Pour into cooled crust; chill until firm.
Garnish as desired.
Yields 8 servings.
