Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 c. bread crumbs (can be seasoned if desired)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Place in a loaf pan; bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Makes 6 servings.
