Shrimp And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    6 to 8 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    few drops of Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    In a skillet, combine the oil, garlic, parsley, bay leaf and cayenne pepper.
    Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Do not burn!
    Add chicken broth, shrimp, wine, lemon juice and a few drops of Kitchen Bouquet.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Thicken with a cornstarch and water mixture to a gravy consistency.
