Tuna Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 can Star-Kist light tuna (packed in water)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    chili powder or chopped parsley (to cover ball)
Preparation
    Rinse tuna in colander and drain.
    Put softened cream cheese in a large bowl.
    Add tuna, chopped onion and chopped celery.
    Mix well with hands.
    Pat into a ball and coat with chili powder or chopped dried parsley.
    Serve with snack crackers.
