Oriental Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 green or red pepper, sliced thin
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 scallions, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 c. shiitake mushrooms, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (in the jar)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and ginger. Cook chicken breast until done, then add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender to your preference, stirring continuously. Add soy sauce and serve.
