Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. flat beer
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat yolks with oil.
    Add flour and beer to mix.
    Beat well.
    Beat egg whites and add to mix, beating well. Coat fillet with flour.
    Dip in batter and fry in deep hot fat (340\u00b0) until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
