Freezer Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
    2 c. milk
    1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Turn oats into deep bowl.
    Stir in milk.
    Let stand until milk is absorbed, about 1/2 hour.
    Sift flour with baking powder and salt; stir in brown sugar and mix well.
    Sprinkle flour mixture over top of oats.
    Add melted butter and eggs; stir just until combined.
    Do not overbeat.
    Cook on hot griddle.
