Nellie'S Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow or white cake mix
    2 large bags frozen coconut or 2 fresh coconuts
    1 box powdered sugar
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    5 eggs, beaten (set aside)
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook cake as directed on box.
    Split layer of cake and cool. Spoon first filling and then second filling between each layer, except for the top layer.
    Put icing on top and sides, then your 1 bag of frozen coconut on top and sides.
