Cherry Loaf Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pudding-type yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter or oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions using required butter and eggs, but reducing water to 1/2 cup.
Spread batter in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; spoon cherry pie filling over, folding evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until cake springs back when pressed lightly in center.
Sift confectioners sugar over top.
