Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    chopped onion
    1 pkg. dry taco mix
    1 large or 2 small cans stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    shredded Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack (about 1 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and add onion.
    Add one package dry taco mix and a little water.
