Mom'S Rhubarb Pie(Mom Is Eva Chapman) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Place in a two crust pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
