Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. olives, halved
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. cayenne or paprika
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute in skillet using small amount of water the first 3 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer all ingredients together in covered skillet for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add up to 3/4 cup water if too thick.
    Put in baking dish to warm over.
