Baked Radiatore With Salmon And White Cheddar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated white Cheddar
    1 medium red bell pepper
    1 medium green bell pepper
    3/4 lb. radiatore pasta
    4 tsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed through a press
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (preferably white)
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
    Meanwhile, grate the Cheddar.
    Dice the bell peppers.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Add pasta to boiling water; cook until al dente, 10 to 12 minutes, or according to package directions.
