Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat Bisquick, sugar, eggs, milk, syrup and 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese with hand beater until smooth.
Pour into dish.
Bake uncovered until pick comes out clean, 10 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Return to oven to melt cheese (3 to 5 minutes).
Serve with maple syrup.
