Victorian Cherry Blossoms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 Tbsp. cherry preserves
Preparation

In 1-quart saucepan, mix gelatin and 1 cup skim milk.
Let stand 1 minute.
Add sugar.
Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
Stir in remaining milk, almond extract and vanilla extract.
