Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 bouillon cubes (beef)
    dash of celery salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 soup can milk
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large egg, beaten or 2 small eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in the 1/2 cup hot water.
    Mix with meat, crumbs, seasoning and egg.
    Shape in 8 flat patties.
    Beat milk and soup together and set aside.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).
    Cover with soup and milk mixture.
