Cheesy Apple Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices Cheddar cheese
    4 c. sliced peeled apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. In a second bowl, combine flour, oats and brown sugar.
    Using pastry blender, cut in margarine until coarse texture.
    Spoon apples into 6 (6-ounce) cups and top with crumb mixture.
    Place cups in a baking pan and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 18 minutes.
    Remove and top with 1/2 cheese slice each and return for 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
