Grandmere'S Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
milk
Preparation

Lightly coat pan with oil, or rub bottom of pan with small piece of salt pork.
Mix ingredients, adding milk to desired consistency.
Pour moderate amount of mixture into middle of pan. Pick up pan; roll to allow mixture to spread to as large as desired.
Turn after top of crepe is bubbled.
Serve with syrup or roll fruits into it.
