Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion, very fine
    1/2 clove garlic
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 c. parsley
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients very well.
    Shape into balls.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
