Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 qt. bread cubes (2 to 4 day-old bread)
    2 qt. corn bread cubes
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 to 6 c. broth or water
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery; blend bread cubes and seasoning.
    Add onion, celery, margarine and beaten eggs and stir.
    Add broth gradually, stirring lightly.
    Add more seasoning, if desired. Extra stuffing may be baked in a loaf pan or casserole.
    Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
