Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. good crab meat
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
dash of hot sauce
cracker meal

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Make in patties, using enough cracker meal for good consistency.
Cook in hot oil until brown.
