Roho Pollo("Red Chicken") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken
    oil
    1 c. red wine
    3/4 bottle ketchup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
    Heat oil in pan; fry chicken until browned.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add 1 cup red wine.
    Turn heat down; reduce liquid by half.
    Add ketchup; cook on low heat or in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until very tender.
    Serve over rice.
