Potatoes And Onions In Herb Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can whole potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp. dried oregano or basil
Preparation
    Drain potatoes and divide over 4 to 6 heavy-duty aluminum foil squares, approximately 1 foot square.
    Divide all ingredients over potatoes.
    Wrap tightly, sealing edges.
    Lay on top of coals for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Turn and cook another 10 to 20 minutes.
