Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. 70% lean hamburger
2 large onions, diced
1 green mango
1 small can tomato paste
salt and pepper
sugar
2 (29 oz. each) large cans tomato sauce
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onions and mango in Teflon skillet.
Drain off grease.
Place in 5 or 6-quart covered pan.
Add tomato paste and smooth with meat.
Add one can of water from paste can, then add tomato sauce and water from rinsing out each tomato sauce can. Add salt, pepper and sugar.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer.
Stirring frequently, cook for approximately 4 hours. Sprinkle to taste with chili powder.
