Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 box stuffing for pork (Stove Top)
3/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix together and shape into balls (1 tablespoon size).
Bake 15 minutes, covered.
Uncover and turn oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes longer.
