Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni (beef-flavored)
    6 medium green peppers
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove seeds and membrane from peppers and cook peppers in boiling water for 15 to 18 minutes, almost tender.
    While peppers are cooking, cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Take peppers and place in casserole dish with a small amount of water.
    Spoon Rice-A-Roni into peppers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and top with cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
