Sour Cream Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium cucumbers
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley (fresh if possible)
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Pare cucumbers.
Cut into slices.
Put cukes in a glass or plastic bowl.
Pour dressing over cucumbers.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
Drain.
Mix in sour cream and pepper.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 4.
