Spinach And Potato In Broth - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    4 medium potatoes, peeled, quartered and boiled
    2 lb. spinach
Preparation
    In large saucepan, gently brown garlic in olive oil.
    Add to pot: broth, water and potato.
    Add spinach.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes.
    Goes great with pork or chicken.
    Delicious.
