Honey Mustard Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except oil, in blender on low speed for 5 seconds. Remove lid and add oil slowly until all ingredients are blended. Refrigerate. Serve over greens, avocado, citrus sections or shrimp. Makes 1 cup.
