Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers, sliced thin
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 medium onion, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover cucumbers in salt; let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze all juice from cucumbers.
    Add onion, sour cream and vinegar.
    Add pepper. Yields 4 servings.
