Pintos And Posole (Hominy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried pintos
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    6 oz. smoked link turkey sausage
    1/3 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. hominy corn
Preparation
    Soak hominy overnight.
    Drain.
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low about 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
